Sharni Vison is an Australian American actress and dancer was born on the 22nd of July, 1983 in Sydney Australia. Her acting debut came in 201 when she was requested to be part of the Australian Soap opera Home and Away where she had a minor role in two episodes. She was chosen to be the leading character on the Australian soap opera Home and Away because her performance in this limited part was so captivating that casting agents sought her for the different roles. Though she was able to audition to play the part, she was not chosen. Instead, she was cast in the show as Cassie Turner, a troubled girl who lives within foster homes.
